Our past experience & education: We are both highly educated and we both have extensive sales, merchandising and marketing experience. This helps us greatly with our real estate careers. Rhea has vast experience in Home Staging and will be able to help make your home or condo look 'picture perfect'. Bob is an expert photographer and you will love the photos that he will take of your home once Rhea has staged it. Affiliated & Chartered Real Estate Agents: Rhea holds the title of Affilaited Real Estate Agent and Bob has taken the extra training courses to become a Chartered Real Estate Agent and holds the qualifications to be an office manager or a broker, and to run his own operation. When you hire our services,you are hiring 2 of the highest trained agents in the business. We know our stuff. Bob is also one of the Lakeshore Region agent representatives to the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board, and in his role, he represnts the interests of 1400 West Island agents as 1 of the liasons to the real estate board. Both of us have a strong retail background. What does this mean for you? It means that we both are "people-persons" and that we are highly trained to work with buyers and not just sellers. Rhea owned a clothing store ("Boutique Peek-A-Boo", in the Dollard Shopping Centre on Sources), and, many of you will recognize her from her 10+ years in senior management at "The Gap". She welcomes all of her past clients! She has an MBA from Concordia and she also holds a teaching degree from McGill (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education) and was a teacher at Solomon-Schecter Academy. Bob owned an electronics store ("The Power Station") selling Stereos & TV's in London, Ontario, and then worked in sales & management for AST Computer as well as Mitsubishi and Alpine Electronics. He is educated at the University of Western Ontario (UWO) in London, Ontario, and studied a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in marketing. Professional Awards: We are both proud of the many awards that we have received in real estate as well as the continuing education courses that we are constantly taking. We believe that in order to be the best at what we do, we must stay on top of current trends and have as much extra education as possible. We both take additional real estate courses each & every year. If you watch HGTV, many of you will have seen Bob on the popular real estate show, "BUY ME"; he was 1 of 13 agents from across Canada that was chosen for season 1 and has had cameo appearances in 3 more shows. We are proud of holding the designation of "DIAMOND AWARD" from Royal LePage (awarded to the top 3% of Royal LePage realtors in Canada). Our results are proven. Rhea made her 1st sale 4 days after receiving her license, and since then she hasn't looked back! Very impressive. Bob won his 1st award in the 1st year that he became an agent and has consistently been on top ever since. Our results are proven. Prior to joining Royal LePage, Bob had also spent 8 years with the RE/MAX network and enjoyed much success and many awards while there. In 2006 Bob made the switch to Royal LePage, and in 2007 Rhea and Bob became a dynamic award winning team.  What we do for fun:We take our business very seriously but we also like to laugh and have fun. We enjoy doing things and not just sitting back. Like everyone we enjoy travelling but we don't seem to find enough time to get away as often as we would like to. Our success in real estate keeps us working long hours!
We like to go out to eat and we enjoy both casual dining as well as 'haute cuisine'. We really love a good bottle of red wine and "FETZER Merlot" is one of our favourite "reasonably priced" wines. We also really like the FETZER Fumé Blanc (white). Our favourite "funky" restaurant is MBRGR @ 2025 Drummond (just north of de Maisonneuve) (www.mbrgr.com); they have the best hamburger in all of Montreal (maybe even the entire world?). It's a fun place. Check it out. Our favourite pizza is at Le Vieux Four Manago at 3636 St. Charles (corner of Brunswick) in Kirkland. Mmmm. We love the Indian food at SAHIB (www.sahib.ca) on Hymus at the corner of St. Jean in Pte. Claire. Try the lunch buffet (so reasonably priced and so many choices) or for dinner, the "Royal feast for 2", it's really good! Talk-to-Us for more restaurant suggestions!   RACING: We enjoy adventure & excitement and in 2007 we both had the opportunity to experience riding in a NASCAR racecar at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It was so cool! When you come to our office ask to see the videos. They're a lot of fun to watch!
In the fall of 2009 we returned to Las Vegas and Bob took the Richard Petty Rookie Driver Training course and learnt to drive a 600hp NASCAR racecar at 137 MPH. Bob also trained in Formula 1600 at Ste. Eustache & Formula 2000 at Tremblant and has passed the introductory race driving courses. You can say "he has a need...for speed!" We hope that everyone gets a chance to try this for themself one day; you just can't imagine how exciting it really is! Bob also loves to ski and especially loves to snowmobile during the winter. Welcome to Québec. Are we having fun?  We also enjoy the outdoors and in the summer we enjoy going camping. Bob has done that all his life. Rhea is a "city girl".....but she now likes it too! We enjoy going to Sandbanks Provincial Park in Ontario. It is really beautiful there and has one of the finest beaches in all of North America! Look for Bob flying his kite on the beach - rumour has it he has more kite string than anyone else! He is the "Kite-King"!
Rhea also loves to go walking and we both like to bike. Maybe you'll see us biking by your home during the summer. Feel free to Talk-to-Us if you do! And like many others, we love going away on vacation. Whether it's down south to the Mayan Riviera, or maybe a few nights of fun in Vegas, or jumping into our car and doing some shopping in New Hampshire, we love to get away and enjoy a little time away from home.
